聚焦有机合成/化学化工里极其重要的羰基化反应中存在的诸多关键科学问题开展有机化学和绿色化学等前沿学科领域研究,基于π酸的配体场基础理论,率先提出了金属价态调控有机小分子羰基源可控释放CO策略,探明金属价态调控CO插入/反插入速率的机制,最终突破等化学计量、温和、安全、零一氧化碳排放的羰基化反应设计,实现多种重要有机分子的高效合成实践应用,取得了一系列创新成果,并进一步牵引后续含能有机分子材料的高效、安全、绿色合成研究工作,支撑了相关有机合成绿色转型以及国防核心需求。近五年,候选人以第一/通讯作者身份发表高水平学术论文十余篇,包括化学领域国际顶级刊物J. Am. Chem. Soc. 1篇,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 2篇,Acc. Chem. Res. 1篇;催化领域代表性刊物ACS Catal. 1篇;绿色可持续化学领域代表性刊物Green Chem. 1篇;国内重要化学期刊Sci. China Chem. 1, Org. Chem. Front. 4篇。论文被引超过2000次,H因子为20。承担或完成的项目有装备发展部含能材料与毁伤项目、国家自然科学基金青年基金、中国博士后基金面上项目、陕西省自然科学基金青年项目等。
