大型加工装备研制

大口径非球面光学元件是高分辨率航天遥感器、大型天文望远镜、激光核聚变装置和光刻机等重大装备的核心元件，高效精密磨削可以显著提高整个工艺流程的加工效率。在蒋庄德院士指导下，课题组研制了加工口径可达Φ1500 mm的非球面超精密磨床，填补了国内空白。
