Work Experience

吴晓明,男,西安交通大学生物医学工程专业博士、副教授,多年从事生物医学工程、生物信息学方向的教学和科研工作。研究方向为疾病遗传信息分析,内容涉及DNA序列功能识别,基因表达谱分析,高通量测序数据的分析、解读,生物数据可视化,疾病亚型分类、特征识别和人工智能技术的应用。该方向从分子检测数据出发,借助数据挖掘手段、运用高性能计算技术,解读同生命活动、疾病种类、药物响应相关的基因、蛋白等生物对象的功能信息,服务于个性化诊疗和精准医学等领域。

  目前还开展高血压易感基因研究、生物医学数据集成分析环境建设、小型医学仪器开发等工作。共发表SCI、EI、核心期刊论文共计30余篇。曾主持1项国家自然科学基金、3项陕西省科技计划项目,1项西安市产学研基金项目。作为主要参与人完成8个国家级基金项目,承担其中的生物数据的分析工作,研究内容涉及肝癌驱动基因网络识别、人口结构的DNA遗传标记表征、高血压分子机制研究,以及肿瘤相关的基因调控机制研究等。

  获2012年陕西省科学技术奖二等奖、 2012年西安市科学技术奖二等奖、2013年陕西省科学技术奖三等奖。
