Our group stays refined and excellent. The research topics focus on electrical & electronic functional materials, including Cu, Ag and Al systems. We investigate the high temeprature mechanical behavior, electrical and thermal properties of metallic alloys and composites, as well as their scalable manufacturing technologies. Concurrently, we specialize in the development of high-strength and high-conductivity copper alloys, elastic copper alloys, and related materials, which find critical applications in electromagnetic catapult systems, rocket engine components, and electronic packaging technologies.
