 IV. Research Interests

My research is mainly concerned with deterministic/stochastic models for the spread of infectious disease. Areas of current interest include:

  •      Eco-epidemiology
  •      Viral dynamics, Pharmacokinetics, Epidemiology
  •     Spatial heterogeneity
  •     Optimal intervention (isolation /immunisation) policies
  •     HIV/AIDS applications, Influenza
  •     Hospital infection
