IV. Research Interests
My research is mainly concerned with deterministic/stochastic models for the spread of infectious disease. Areas of current interest include:
- Eco-epidemiology
- Viral dynamics, Pharmacokinetics, Epidemiology
- Spatial heterogeneity
- Optimal intervention (isolation /immunisation) policies
- HIV/AIDS applications, Influenza
- Hospital infection
