Prof. Zhang was selected into the plan of "New century talent support program" in 2012; the plan of "Young science star of Shaanxi province" in 2013; the plan of "Young talents of social sciences in Shaanxi province" in 2015; the plan of "Xi'an Jiaotong University famous teacher program" in 2017. Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars from Shaanxi province in 2022. 2023 Awarded "Xi 'an Jiaotong University Graduate Education Excellent Tutor".Prof. Zhang also awared form AOM best paper in 2009, 2014, 2018, and 2021; frist prize of Shaanxi university science award in 2019, 2021, and 2023; taken charge of 3 projects of national natural science foundation of China and 3 scientic research projects of provincial level. Until now, Prof. Zhang has published 70 high-level papers, and her representative works were published in journals including 《管理世界》、《管理科学学报》、《南开管理评论》、《Organization Science》、《Journal of Management Studies》、《Journal of Business Ethics》、《Human Relations》、《Human Resource Management》.
Prof. Zhang serves on the editorial board of MOR, GOM, 《西安交通大学学报》,《人力资源管理评论》. Prof. Zhang currently is an expert reviewer of journal including《Journal of Business Ethics》、《Human Resource Management》、《Human Relations》、《Journal of Management Studies》、《Journal of Management psychology》、《International Journal of Human Resource Management》、《管理工程学报》、《南开管理评论》. She is also a member of AOM and IACMR.

Xin Wang, female, Ph.D. student, grade 2014, majoring in business administration, School of Management, Xi 'an Jiaotong University. Her research direction is corporate social responsibility and corporate governance.
Juan Wang, female, studied at the School of Management in Xi'an Jiaotong University from 2013 to 2020. Her professor is Zhang Zhe. Now, she is an associate professor at the School of Management in Northwestern Polytechnical University. Her research fields mainly include corporate social responsibility and human resource management. She has published 3 papers in the SSCI journals, such as Journal of Business Ethics, British Journal of Management, Journal of Applied Behavioral Science. She also has published 4 Chines papers in the A journals which recognized by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. She has participate in top management conferences, such as AOM and IACMR. She has participated in one project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Based on the above results, she also won a number of scholarships in Xi’an Jiaotong University, including: National Scholarship, Suzhou Yucai Scholarship and First-class Scholarship of Li Huaizu.
Junting Lu (female) is a Ph.D student of Organization Management at the School of Management, Xi’an Jiaotong University, China. Now, she is an associate professor at the School of Management in Shandong University (Wei Hai). Her research focuses on leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. She has published in the Journal of Business Ethics, current psychology, Management Review, Forecast, Journal of Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management. She has participated in Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Meeting and International Association for Chinese Management Research Conference (IACMR). At the same time, she was awarded as an excellent graduate student and an excellent graduate student model. She won scholarship for new doctoral students, national scholarship for doctoral students, Xi Youmin Creative Innovation Fund Award, and Li Huaizu second-class scholarship.
Chang Chen, female, PhD candidate in class of 2016. She got her bachelor degree in School of Government of Beijing Normal University. Her research focuses on stretch goals and unethical behavior. She has published four academic papers in the Journal of Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management, Management Decision, and Chinese Management Studies. She has participated in IACMR conference in 2018, AOM international academic conference in 2019 and presented research papers.
Mijia Gong, female, 2017 pdh candidate. She graduated from Minzu University of China. Her research focus on corporate governance and CSR. She has published paper on IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, and participated in conferences such as Academy of Management Annual Conference, and International Association for Chinese Management Research. She has won prizes such as Outstanding Postgraduate, and outstanding postgraduate student cadre of Xi’an Jiaontong University.
Yun Zhang, female, PhD candidate in class of 2017. She got her bachelor degree of Business Administration and second degree of English in International Business School of Beijing Foreign Studies University in 2016. Her research focuses on corporate social responsibility, green behavior and human resource management. She has won scholarships several times during her undergraduate period and won the doctoral Special Scholarship and the honorary title of Excellent Postgraduate during her graduate period. She has participated in and reported to academic conferences of IACMR and AOM during her doctoral period. She has completed three working papers so far, which are under review in SSCI journals.
Yueqiao Qiao, female, 2018 phd candidate. She graduated from Soochow University. Her research focus on CSR and leadership. She has published paper on Journal of Business Ethics.
Jing Chen, female, PhD candidate in class of 2018. She got her bachelor degree of Business Administration in the management base class of Lanzhou University. Her research focuses on CEO personality, corporate social responsibility and family business governance. She has participated in AOM international academic conference and presented research papers in 2019. She has published in the Asia Pacific Journal of Management.
Tian Su, female, PhD candidate in class of 2019. Her research interests include corporate social responsibility and human resource management. She got her master's degree of education at school of psychology in South China Normal University, majoring in applied psychology. Her research during her master's degree was published in Current Psychology.
Ke Shang, female, doctoral candidate of grade 2020, master's degree is majoring in business management in the school of economics and management of Dalian University of Technology. During her postgraduate study, she published one paper in "Scientific Research Management" and wrote one excellent case. She also won awards such as national scholarship for postgraduates and outstanding graduates of Dalian.

Yating Hu, PhD candidate in class of 2021, was received her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the School of Management, the Xi’an Jiaotong University, in 2019. Hu Yating’s primary research interests focus on corporate social responsibility.
