1、New energy devices and materials

Based on the current energy resources, to design the novel renewable energy system is the basic study for increasing the output and electric efficiency in energy utilization, storage, and conversion fields. The goal of our group is developing advanced renewable energy storage technology using reversible solid oxide cell(RSOC).

 

 

2、Electric and thermal conductive properties in nano composite

Designing and controlling the interface interaction between polymer and filler is significant for composite polymers with the enhanced insulating and thermal conductive properties simultaneously. Meanwhile, the role of the interface on the charge distribution of composite at the macro scale are well studied, however, the effects interface in nanoscale is not clear. To clarify the local surface properties, we use a home build AFM (KPFM+Tuna+VITA) to image with high spatial resolution on surface physical properties.
