Research interests:
Dr. Guan's research interests lie in exploring the underlying mechanisms of neuropsychiatric diseases through integrated analysis of multi-omics data. Based on the research foundation of non-coding RNA regulatory network predicted by bioinformatics and computation biology, our team has been conducting a series of studies with the non-coding RNA regulatory network as the core and neuronal function and synaptic plasticity as the main focus of mental disorders.
