本团队主要从事电子材料与集成器件相关基础和应用研究工作,包括铁电压电(单晶、陶瓷与薄膜)材料的物性与结构、压电换能器与传感器、先进陶瓷材料与应用、新型能量存储与转化材料(用于介电电容器、驱动器、锂/钠离子电池和超级电容器)、材料计算与仿真(第一性原理、分子动力学、相场模拟)等。

科研团队

本团队以国家级特聘教授任巍教授和加拿大皇家科学院院士叶作光教授为团队负责人,依托精密微纳制造技术全国重点实验室、电子陶瓷与器件教育部重点实验室和国际电介质研究中心开展研究工作。团队成员包括教授4人(其中国家级特聘教授1名,外籍院士1名,国家四青人才1名,省级人才1名)、副教授5人、高级工程师1人、助理教授和博士后3人。
