Qualifications/Requirements

• PhD degree or has qualifications for PhD defense, in Mechanics, Aeronautical and Astronautical Science and Technology, Materials, Mechanical Design or/and Manufacturing, etc., graduated from famous universities at home and abroad.
• Good English skill in speaking and writing.
• Diligent, conscientious, proactive, team working, good ability and strong willingness to do research innovatively and independently.
• Good publication records: one or more papers published in journals with most academic influence, or at least two papers included in SCI where the applicant is the first author. Or significant engineering capabilities (identified).
• No more than thirsty-five years old.

We Offer

• Minimum of 330,000 RMB (Annual Salary) for the Special Supported Postdoctoral Fellow, and Minimum of 210,000 RMB (Annual Salary) for the Full-time Postdoctoral Research Fellows, accompanied with performance-related pay.
