西安交通大学法学院副教授、博士生导师，西安交通大学仲英青年学者，丝绸之路国际法与比较法研究人员、亚欧研究中心研究员。
曾任剑桥大学劳特派特国际法研究中心访问学者、能源宪章秘书处实习研究人员。
主要研究方向为国际投资法、国际经济法与安全、国际关系与国际法。
主持国家社科基金、最高人民法院司法案例课题研究、陕西省社科基金、陕西省软科学、中国博士后基金特别资助等课题多项，出版《国际投资协定的权力结构分析》《国际经贸法律前沿2019》等专著，在中外学术期刊发表论文数十篇。个人微信公众号“隔壁国际法”。

国际经济法方向主要集中于国际投资法，也涉及国际公法基础理论问题，倡导具有明确问题意识、自觉制度语境的微观国际法研究，特别是中国发展与崛起的（经济、法律）组织基础；
发展法学方向倡导用社会科学的研究方法对国际和国内发展相关法律问题进行实证与量化研究。
有无法学本科背景均可，喜欢法学专业与否均可，唯求一个热爱学术、诚实好奇、独立思考的研究初心。欢迎法学、社会学、公共管理、国际经济与贸易、统计、数学、计算机等专业同学报考。
