关于实验的一些报告：
下面是关于我们所做的关于共有资源使用（捕鱼）实验的一些解释。本实验的目的是测试干预机制例如罚款和公开显示对渔民捕鱼的内在动机
是否存在挤出效应。我们设计了一个控制组和三个干预组。控制组中，大家可以自由地捕捞；高惩罚组中，如果你的捕捞量超过20条这一最优数量，并且被随机抽查到，将会面临高的罚款；低惩罚组类似，只是惩罚的金额更低；公开显示组中，我们会将随机抽查到的人的捕鱼量公开。本实验分三个阶段，前6轮为自由捕捞阶段，从第7轮开始，干预组都会引入干预机制如罚款等，到第13轮，干预被取消，直到第18轮。我们将最后6轮的捕鱼量和前6轮的捕捞量进行对比，如果捕捞量后来增加，并且比控制组的增加还要多的话，则干预机制对渔民的捕鱼动机存在挤出效应（crowd out）；如果捕捞量下降，并且比控制组的下降还要多，则存在挤入效应(crowd in)。通过对收集到的数据进行分析后，我们发现高惩罚机制存在挤入效应，而公开显示机制则存在挤出效应。更详细的内容请见即将在《Ecological Economics》上发表的论文。
