Basic Information

Professor Chen Yanjiong, doctoral director. She graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2003 with a doctorate. From 2005 to 2006, she worked as a postdoctoral at the Pasteur Institute in Paris, France. In January 2020, she was employed as a professor in the Department of pathogenic biology and immunology of Xi'an Jiaotong University. Teaching undergraduate courses: Medical microbiology. Teaching postgraduate courses: Fundamentals of medical bioinformatics, Bioinformatics and Genomics. The main research interests are neuroinflammation and disease, intestinal flora and disease. Relevant achievements have been published in international high-level magazines such as BBI, Neurosci Bull, Int J Neuropsychopharmacol, etc. At present, the laboratory research topic is the mechanism of intestinal flora participating in methamphetamine addiction in mice.
