李津,华中科技大学通信与信息系统专业博士,西安交通大学生物医学工程专业博士后,副教授,瑞士苏黎世联邦高等工学院访问学者,中国康复医学会康复教育专委会常委,陕西省康复医学会康复工程专委会秘书长。主要从事生物医学信号检测与分析、自主神经功能动态评估等方向的研究。承担、参与国家自然科学基金重大研究计划项目子课题、国家自然科学基金项目、JW重点项目子课题、国家科技支撑项目、陕西省自然科学基金项目、陕西省科技创新项目及横向项目近20项。发表SCI、EI论文35篇,授权美国发明专利2项,中国发明专利19项,登记计算机软件著作权21项。
