方吉祥，1976年11月生，博士，三级教授，博导。西安交通大学“腾飞计划”特聘教授（2011年入选），教育部新世纪优秀人才（2011年入选），陕西省青年科技新星（2012年入选），中国物理学会光散射委员会副秘书长，《光散射学报》副主编。研究方向为贵金属纳米结构、纳米光学与生物医学应用研究。近年来，在多种国际权威期刊，如Chem.Soc.Rev.(1篇), Nature Communications (3篇), Nanotoday(2篇), Nano Letters(2篇)，Advanced Materials (1篇), Advanced Functional Materials (1篇), ACS Nano(1篇), NPG Asia materials (1篇），Biomaterials(2篇), Small (2篇), Appl.Phys.Lett.(6篇)等发表学术论文60余篇。任Scientific Reports, 光散射学报等多个知名期刊编委及JACS、Nano Letters、Advanced Materials等多个期刊审稿人。
