工业大数据分析, 统计机器学习, 质量工程与管理

随着传感与通讯技术的发展, 工业制造开始进入大数据时代, 以数据驱动的智能制造正成为新的工业发展方向, 而基于数据对制造过程进行预测、控制和提升正成为工业工程领域重要的研究课题。以工业大数据为研究对象, 本人的研究工作包括:

  • 基于图像数据的多模态复杂制造过程的建模与监控;
  •  产品异质测量数据的建模与融合;
  • 多阶段制造过程的实时数据分析与诊断;
  • 3D打印与3D扫描过程的质量提升;
  • 迁移学习在小批量多产品生产过程中的应用等。
