公共政策与管理学院
副教授、博士生导师

  李飞，西安交通大学公共政策与管理学院副教授、博士生导师，人口与发展政策研究中心副主任，本硕博皆就读于吉林大学地球科学学院。面向国家重大战略，构建“天时-地利-政通-人和”分析框架，围绕农业系统与粮食安全开展了系列研究。主要研究方向包括：气候变化、土地系统、公共政策、粮食安全、乡村治理等。主持国家自然科学基金3项，发表论文40余篇，出版专著、教材5部，获得陕西省高等学校社会科学优秀成果奖等2项，参与编写《第四次气候变化国家评估报告》。兼任中国地理学会农业地理与乡村发展专委会委员、中国农村发展学会乡村治理专委会委员、中国自然资源学会资源地理专委会委员、《中国土地科学》等期刊青年编委。

Li Fei,  the associate professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Public Policy and Administration, Xi'an Jiaotong University. Facing major national strategies and based on land system science, he has conducted theoretical exploration and empirical analysis around agricultural systems and food security.
