Meng Kai, MD, Ph.D., associate professor. He is the head of the online first-class course "Human Physiology" in Shaanxi Province, a member of the Chinese Physiological Society, and a director of the Shaanxi Physiological Society. In 2011, he got his Ph.D. in Physiology. From 2012 to 2014, he was engaged in postdoctoral training at Southern Illinois University and Roswell Park Cancer Institute. He is mainly engaged in the teaching work of "Physiology", "Functional Experiments", and PBL. In the past five years, he has presided over 5 school-level teaching reform projects, published 5 teaching reform research papers as the first author, and participated in the compilation of 4 textbooks. He is mainly engaged in the research on the neural regulation mechanism of taste and feeding. He presided over 1 project of the Natural Science Foundation of Shaanxi Province, participated in 2 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and published 3 papers included in SCI.
