西安交通大学材料学院智能分子光电器件团队“科研助理”招聘公告

西安交通大学材料学院智能分子光电器件团队，致力于基于有机电化学晶体管（OECT）的新型生物传感技术的开发与应用。团队负责人马伟教授是教育部人才计划特聘教授、海外高层次青年人才，陕西省长期创新百人，中国青年科技新锐，连续六年入选科睿唯安全球高被引科学家（2018-2023），目前主持、参与多项国家级科研项目。团队在OECT生物传感方面取得了一系列有影响力的科研成果，具有较强的技术储备。为推进相关成果的落地应用，现以劳务派遣形式公开招聘科研助理工作人员2名，岗位职责、应聘条件、薪资待遇、工作地点、应聘方式等如下：

一、招聘岗位1：生物方向（1人）

1. 负责调研医疗和健康领域的重要生物传感需求，基于团队已有研究基础，设计传感方案；

2. 负责电化学晶体管生物传感器的制备与性能优化；

3. 负责与后端测试电路模块进行对接，实现能快速、准确测试的生物传感系统。

二、招聘岗位2：电子方向（1人）

1. 负责小型PCB测试电路的设计、仿真和调试，与前端生物传感器进行集成；

2. 负责基于FPGA/ARM的芯片测试系统开发，熟悉Verilog语言；

3. 负责整个生物传感系统的样机制造与调试。

三、应聘条件

1. （岗位1）生物、医学、材料等相关专业，硕士及以上学历学位，具有生物传感器、生物标志物特异性识别、病原体检测、有机半导体器件等研究经历者优先；

2. （岗位2）电子、通信、自动化等相关专业，硕士及以上学历学位，具有PCB设计、FPGA开发经验者优先；

3. 具有浓厚的科研兴趣、较强的解决问题能力和良好的沟通表达能力，团队合作意识强，身心健康、品行端正、认真负责；

4. 年龄一般不超过30周岁，有相关工作经历者可适当放宽。

西安交通大学材料学院马伟课题组将在高分子科学，能源材料科学，化学，物理科学的交叉领域展开研究，着重利用基于同步辐射X射线散射作为手段，开发先进功能材料，并解析其物理及化学性能。现拟招 副教授，讲师，博士后，硕士／博士研究生，具体事宜如下：

    1)  有机光电子材料（有机太阳能电池）；
    2)  同步辐射X射线散射／吸收；
    3)  能源材料；

TENURED AND TENURE-TRACK FACULTY POSITIONS OF XI’AN JIAOTONG UNIVERSITY-CHINA

The School of Materials Science and Engineering (SMSE), Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU), invites applications for multiple new faculty positions (assistant professor, associate professor and professor). As a “211” and “985” school, XJTU is a one of the top universities in China, with a dynamic research atmosphere. The university is planning to make unprecedented investments, emphasizing cutting-edge research and innovations, to attract world-class researchers to its ranks.

SMSE has 103 full time faculty, staff and over 700 full-time and part-time graduate students in three academic departments-the Department of Materials Science, the Department of Materials Physics and Chemistry and the Department of Materials Processing Engineering. It is experiencing very rapid growth in new programs, faculty, research funding and space. We are looking for the candidate at assistant, associate professor levels with the following experience:

-       X-ray scattering/absorption

-       Polymer/organic electronics

-       Energy materials related area

All the successful candidates must have a doctorate degree in Materials Science and Engineering or closely related fields. They will hold tenured (or tenure-track, for assistant professors) appoint ments at SMSE and receive sizable start-up research grants from XJTU. Salary and compensation will be commensurate with experience and at a level competitive with similar positions in the US.
