我的学生培养理念：

1）本科毕业设计：充分理解已知问题，重复已知的解决方案或者给出新的解决方案，给出自己的结论。希望经过毕业设计这个工程实践的过程，你能对电气工程和电力系统产生兴趣。

2）硕士生：寻找并且发现问题，在充分理解问题的基础上，给出新的解决方案，给出自己的结论。希望在你毕业时，对创新的过程和难度有一定的了解，从而帮助你决定是否继续深造。无论从事什么行业，希望你所经历的这个过程能让你很快独当一面。

3）博士生：寻找行业难题，发现并提出新的问题，给出创新的解决方案，给出具有行业指导意义的结论。读博是你学生生涯最长也是最难的一个过程，希望你做好准备。我会在这个过程中尽我所能帮助你，希望在你毕业时，我们一起收获丰硕的果实。读博也是你人生中最后的一段纯粹的学生时期，希望你能在回首往事时，发现自己没有虚度光阴。

My teaching philosophy：

1）Senior projects：fully understand existing issues or problems, be able to repeat already known solutions or even give new solutions, draw your own conclusions. Hopefully, through the senior projects, you will grow interest at electrical engineering and electric power systems. 

2) Master students：investigate and find issues  or problems, based on your complete understanding, give out new solutions, and be able to draw your own conclusions.  I wish when you graduate, you understand the process of innovation and the challenges during the process,  then you are capable of making decisions on pursuing Ph.D. or not. No matter what your career will be in future, you should be able to be independent soon because of your master training.

3）Ph.D. students：investigate challenges in your technical areas，find new issues and problems, develop innovative solutions, and give out important guidance and draw critical conclusions. Ph.D. takes long and is the most challenging during your student's life, please be well prepared before even start. I will help you as much as I can and let's achieve a lot when you graduate.  Pursuing Ph.D. is also the last stage of your student's life, I hope you will take the best usage of your time when you look back in future.
