  孙瑞芳,女,西安交通大学医学部病理学系副教授,博士生合作导师。

  承担医学主干课程《病理学》的教学工作,参编教材3本,参与教改项目2项。

  担任陕西省中西医结合学会病理学专业委员会委员,陕西省研究型医院学会病理专业委员会委员。

  长期从事肿瘤分子病理、细胞命运重塑的调控机制等研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金1项、陕西省重点研发计划项目1项、陕西省自然科学基金1项、国家博士后基金2项、陕西省博士后基金1项、西安交通大学科研基金2项。在《New England Journal of Medicine》、《Journal of the National Cancer Institute》、《Cell & Bioscience》、《Cell Death & Disease》、《The FASEB Journal》、《Acta Biomaterialia》、《Materials Today Bio》等学术期刊发表学术论文40余篇。

  获陕西高等学校科学技术研究优秀成果奖特等奖1项。获陕西省自然科学优秀学术论文奖三等奖1项,指导大学生创新创业训练项目1项,指导大学生获得腾飞杯创新创业大赛二等奖1项,优秀奖1项。

科研项目

研究领域:

旨在系统解析细胞命运谱系演变的动态调控机制,聚焦于肿瘤发生、神经发育与生殖细胞演化三大核心生物学过程。整合单细胞转录组与空间转录组技术,构建跨尺度细胞演化图谱,并以细胞极性建立与命运重编程为关键表型终点,阐明表观遗传网络、信号通路及环境因子对细胞身份决定的时空调控机制,最终目标在于构建一个连接分子元件、细胞行为与组织功能的系统性理论模型,为理解生命程序编码逻辑及疾病干预提供新范式。
