Dr. Sanjay Kumar

Assistant Professor

Dr. Sanjay Kumar is currently working as an Assistant Professor, in the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xi'an China. He received his Ph.D. in Physics in December 2022 from the Department of Physics and Materials Science, Jaypee University of Information Technology,  Himachal Pradesh, India. He also worked as a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a Department of Science and Technology (​​​​​​DST) - Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), India -sponsored research project. His research is focused on Phase Change Materials for data storage applications.
