谢文俊博士

 

2010年毕业于北京大学,获理学博士学位,随后赴哥伦比亚大学医学中心进行博士后研究。2015年加入西安交通大学生命科学与技术学院。主持多项国家及省部级自然科学基金项目。迄今发表SCI论文30余篇,总影响因子超过300,被引3000余次(Google scholar citation)。

研究领域

研究方向聚焦在各类心血管疾病中细胞内钙离子和其它重要离子信号的重构以及由此引起的细胞和器官的功能紊乱。研究方法包括细胞和组织共聚焦成像、心脏电生理记录、细胞电生理记录、人工重组脂双层的离子通道电流记录、以及分子生物学技术等,此外还通过计算机数值模拟从理论上预测和解释复杂的病生理现象。具体的研究方向包括:

1)心脏病生理钙信号转导。通过探讨心肌细胞内各亚空间钙信号的生理和病理调控作用,进一步理解心血管疾病的发病机制,并寻找新的分子靶点和药物。

2)心血管病的力学-生物学探讨。通过结合力学和生理学的相关知识,研究病生理情况下心血管系统中机械作用的变化及其对细胞和组织功能的影响和调控,从力学-生物医学这一新的角度来研究心血管疾病发生发展的分子机制,为进一步阐明这些问题、探寻解决方案提供新的思路。

3)心血管病的数字细胞模型研究。通过生物实验与计算机数值模型结合,研究细胞内不同离子在病生理条件下的定量变化,建立数字细胞以及虚拟心脏模型以期掌握心血管病生理变化规律,建立心血管疾病的预报分析系统。
