聚焦生命体氧化还原生物过程,以谷胱甘肽过氧化物还原酶(glutathione peroxidase reductase, GPx)与硒蛋白O(Selenoprotein O, SelenoO)为研究对象,观察软骨发育与稳态维持、以及肝脏代谢过程中氧化还原信号的时空动态与响应网络,阐述机体如何感受和利用氧,期望能够更好地理解氧化还原过程在机体生理和病理生理状态下的作用,特别是在软骨退性病变与肝脂质代谢紊乱方面,探索并发展有效的疾病诊断、治疗和预防措施。
