With the increasing demand for energy and the environmental pollution caused by the exploitation of fossil fuels, the development of clean and renewable energy sources is of vital importance for human development. Our work focuses on the preparation of new energy materials and the development of high-efficiency devices, as well as the engineering thermophysics issues involved, including heat and mass transfer. Our research efforts are concentrated on the academic frontiers and interdisciplinary studies, such as solar hydrogen production, water electrolysis, new energy storage batteries, etc. Currently we have the following research directions: (1) Water electrolysis and solar-driven hydrogen and electricity co-production; (2) Photo(electro)catalytic production of hydrogen and hydrocarbons; (2) Multi-physics simulation and dynamic analysis.
