         课题组招聘博士后加入，欢迎有物理学、化学、材料、电子、第一性原理计算、量子化学或分子动力学模拟等方面研究背景的青年人才联系。

  • 薪酬

    • 基本薪酬16万/年+学校缴纳的社保和住房公积金约7万元/年+学院绩效分配+科研及社会服务收入。

  • 工作条件和生活待遇

    • 可申请学校“中央高校基本科研业务费”。晋升学校教学科研高级岗位或入选校内人才计划后，学校按照相应标准发放科研启动费、安家费。
    • 租住学校公寓或享受租房补贴1500元/月。
    • 子女享受优质的附属中小幼教育资源。

         Our research group has been actively recruiting postdoctoral researchers for an extended period and welcomes emerging talents with backgrounds in physics, chemistry, materials science, electronics, first-principles calculations, quantum chemistry, or molecular dynamics simulations.

  • Compensation

    • The basic salary is 160,000 yuan per year, supplemented by approximately 70,000 yuan annually contributed by the school for social security and the housing accumulation fund. This total is further augmented by performance-based bonuses from the college, as well as income generated from scientific research and social services.

  • Working Conditions and Living Conditions

    • You may apply for senior positions in teaching and scientific research, or for selection into the university's talent program.
    • The institution will provide start-up funding for scientific research, along with a relocation allowance in accordance with established standards.
    • You can either rent a school apartment or receive a monthly rental subsidy of 1,500 yuan.
    • Children benefit from the high-quality educational resources provided by affiliated primary and secondary schools.
