学术研究

基于大规模、多模态、多维度的生物医学数据,借助深度学习、计算机视觉等技术,解决神经科学中的模式发现、智慧医疗中的计算机辅助诊断等实际问题。
 
研究领域: 计算神经科学, 智慧医疗, 深度学习, 计算机视觉
研究问题:
1. 脑连接图谱: 神经元的全脑分割, 神经环路的投射与重建, 脑区分割, 三维全脑配准, 单细胞测序数据分析, 神经元单细胞的形态学计算
2. 多模态医学影像分析: 基于动态超声的甲状腺/乳腺结节辅助诊断, 基于病理影像的癌症精准分级, 基于心电数据的心脏性疾病识别
研究方法:
1. 深度神经网络: 2D/3D图像分割, 3D图像配准, 图像/视频分类, 目标检测
2. 机器学习算法: 迁移学习, 半监督学习, 数据增强, 信息检索, 主动学习, 特征表达
