我的研究领域主要围绕精神心理问题的病因及病理机制，涵盖发展心理学、流行病学、神经影像学、临床心理学与精神病学等多学科交叉领域。具体研究兴趣包括：
1. 抑郁的发生发展机制
探索生物（神经发育）-心理-社会（bio-psycho-social）风险因素及其相互作用在精神心理问题的发生发展中的作用及其心理和神经机制，致力于推进抑郁风险的早期识别和预防、抑郁症的早期诊断及个性化的临床治疗。
2. 童年不良经历对个体心理行为及神经发育的影响
关注个体早期生活环境如何塑造情绪调节、行为模式及神经系统发育，并影响后续心理健康；结合纵向队列与多模态数据，主要探讨其长期作用及潜在机制。
3. 数字媒介使用与成瘾行为的心理与神经机制
关注数字媒介（如社交媒体与短视频平台）对青少年与成年人心理行为及大脑功能的影响，探索网络或社交媒介成瘾相关的风险因素、形成机制及潜在干预路径。
