Compensation and Benefits
Base annual salary: RMB 160,000
Social insurance and housing fund contributions by the university: approximately RMB 70,000 per year
Additional performance-based bonuses from the school and income from research and social services

Upon promotion to senior teaching/research positions or selection into university talent programs, the university provides corresponding research startup funds and a relocation allowance
