Such as solar thermal energy, solar thermochemistry, catalyst & energy storage materials, carbon dioxide and solar fuel, solar desalination & industrial waste salt, heat and mass transfer in porous media or packed beds, advanced heat transfer enhancement technologies, thermal stress & fatigue problems, multi-physics or thermal-dominated management technologies, etc.

* Awarded the national first prize, the provincial first prize, and the award of the Chinese Society of Engineering Thermophysics.
* Has presided over or participated in over 30 national, provincial and ministerial-level projects as well as enterprise research topics.
* Has published over 70 academic papers in English or Chinese, granted more than 20 invention patents and software copyrights.
* Have been cited by domestic and foreign scholars over 4,200 times, listed in the table of "World's Top 2% Scientists"(Singe Year).
* 5 SCI papers have been selected as ESI high-impact papers, and a new Research Front category was formed in the ESI database.
* Reviewer of 30+ journals & conferences; member of ISES, ASME, etc.; editorial board member of Energies, Energy Conservation Technology, etc.

The candidates must have a Bachelor degree, with solid training in one of the fields of Renewable Energy, Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics, Thermo-Fluid Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Materials Science or closely related fields. Those who are enthusiastic, ambitious and determined to develop excellent academic and industrial careers are particularly welcome.
