Professor Zhou Di, PhD and Master's Supervisor, Vice Dean of the School of Electronic Science and Engineering of Xi'an Jiaotong University, Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Multifunctional Materials and Structures (Ministry of Education).
He was awarded a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics in 2004. In 2008, he was honored as an Outstanding Model Graduate of Xi'an Jiaotong University, and earned his Doctoral degree in Electronic Science and Technology in 2009.
He leads 2 National Key R&D Programs, 4 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and 4 research projects in collaboration with Huawei Technologies. His research interestes involve the regulation and performance analysis of microwave dielectric structures, application of Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC) technology, energy storage dielectrics, as well as resonators, filters and antenna substrates.
He has published more than 300 research papers in top-tier international journals including Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials and Energy & Environmental Science. Among these publications, 28 are ESI Highly Cited Papers. His works have been cited over 21,000 times in total, with an H-index of 83 on Google Scholar. He has filed 32 Chinese invention patents, 25 of which have been granted.
His group now has 2 Associate Professors, 4 Assistant Professors, 19 PhD students and 18 Master students.
