针对影响人类健康的复杂疾病(如肥胖及相关代谢疾病等),开展人工智能、功能基因组学与分子生物学的深度交叉研究。通过整合大规模队列的多组学数据及医学影像等临床表型信息,开发高效的计算方法与分析框架,解析疾病发生的分子机制,并构建风险预测模型,为疾病早期干预和新型治疗策略的探索提供理论支撑。相关代表性成果以第一或者通讯作者(含共同)发表在Nature Neuroscience、Nature Human Behaviour、Nature Communications和American Journal of Human Genetics等期刊。主持国家自然科学基金三项。
