研究方向:
研究免疫细胞谱系起源、发育分化及功能调控的分子机制,筛选并研发肿瘤、自身免疫病、免疫缺陷等疾病的免疫治疗靶点、药物和策略,具体包括:
1)免疫细胞发育及免疫重建的调控机制;
2)免疫细胞分化及抗肿瘤的分子机制;
3)自身免疫病的发生机制及治疗靶点;
4)多组学解析免疫力和疾病早期诊断与免疫治疗。
T细胞生物学(TCB)研究团队,包括教授1名、副教授6名、博士后6名、研究生10名。团队由国家领军人才领衔,团结协作,尊重个性,秉承个人成才与团队发展同频共振的理念,开展基础原创课题研究,解决生命医学科学难题和临床疾病问题。
