一、招聘方向

(1)   力学：断裂、损伤、疲劳、失效分析等；

(2)   结构可靠性分析、完整性评价等；

(3)   航空宇航科学与技术（飞行器结构强度）；

二、应聘条件

(1)   在国内外著名高校毕业，具有力学、航空宇航、材料、机械等相关专业的博士学位或者近期内能顺利完成博士论文答辩者；

(2)   具有较好的英文科技论文写作能力和交流能力；

(3)   勤奋进取，认真踏实，积极主动，较强的科研创新能力和良好团队协作精神，能独立开展课题研究；

(4)   以第一作者在最具学术影响力期刊上发表论文至少1篇；或以第一作者发表SCI论文至少2篇；或具有显著工程能力（经认定）；

(5)   年龄一般不超过35岁。

三、相关待遇

(1)   特别资助博士后年薪不低于33万元/年，专职科研不低于21万元/年+绩效。

(2)   提供公寓住房。

(3)   享受本校教职工子女入托入学政策。

Post-Doctoral Research Opportunities in Prof. Qun Li’s Group, School of Aerospace, Xi’an Jiaotong University

Research Area:

l  Mechanics: Fracture, Damage, Fatigue, Failure, etc.

l  Reliability Analysis, Integrality Assessment, etc.

l  Aeronautical and Astronautical Science and Technology (Structure Strength of Flight Vehicle).

Qualifications/Requirements:

l  PhD degree or has qualifications for PhD defense, in Mechanics, Aeronautical and Astronautical Science and Technology, Materials, Mechanical Design or/and Manufacturing, etc., graduated from famous universities at home and abroad.

l  Good English skill in speaking and writing.

l  Diligent, conscientious, proactive, team working, good ability and strong willingness to do research innovatively and independently.

l  Good publication records: one or more papers published in journals with most academic influence, or at least two papers included in SCI where the applicant is the first author. Or significant engineering capabilities (identified).

l  No more than thirsty-five years old.

We Offer:

u  Minimum of 330,000 RMB (Annual Salary) for the Special Supported Postdoctoral Fellow, and Minimum of 210,000 RMB (Annual Salary) for the Full-time Postdoctoral Research Fellows, accompanied with performance-related pay.
