研究背景:高压涡轮叶片流体和固体区域之间存在复杂的气热耦合现象,针对其建立兼顾冷却系统以及气动外形的协同多学科优化设计方法,是高压涡轮叶片性能提升的关键。但该优化问题在设计空间以及目标空间均属于高维优化问题,现有方法难以对其高效高精度求解。

本文贡献:提出了一种基于降维的多学科设计优化方法,并在NASA-C3X叶片的气热多学科优化问题进行了验证,该优化问题包含39个设计变量和5个性能目标。本文首次尝试在高压涡轮多学科设计优化中进行降维,以缓解“维度灾”,所提出的方法为发展高压涡轮叶片先进设计技术具有学术价值以及应用前景。
