背景:定常CFD方法目前仍然是离心压缩机三维气动设计中应用最广泛的计算工具,但其应用在高压比离心压缩机设计时面临着高转速线压比预测过高、性能指标偏离期望值、设计结果可靠性倍受质疑等严峻挑战,严重制约了高性能离心压缩机设计分析水平的大幅度提高。

 

贡献:系统分析了CFD模型的几何误差(叶轮叶片导角、盘侧空腔和运行叶顶间隙)和数值误差(后处理平均方法、湍流模型、进口管道盘侧壁面旋转性和进口湍流粘度)对NASA CC3气动性能及其叶展分布的影响机理,指出了主要影响因素包括叶片导角、盘侧空腔、湍流模型、后处理平均方法,据此提出了一套适合于高压比离心压缩机的CFD模型,气动性能和流场预测精度大幅提升,具有广阔应用前景。
