背景:基于CFD的气动设计优化普遍存在“维数灾难”、“数据丰富但知识贫乏”等困境,特别是在现有的多级压气机气动优化设计体系中,计算成本巨大的CFD数据仅仅用于训练代理模型,如何进一步从CFD数据中挖掘出先验的设计准则进而指导多级压气机三维设计优化,是行业的迫切需求。
贡献:建立了一种可解释CFD模拟结果的数据挖掘方法,该方法能够提取压气机设计准则,包括关键设计参数及其调整方向,其有效性在一台多级高速轴流压气机的扩稳增效设计中获得验证。
