研究生课程 ---  Low Voltage Low Power CMOS/BiCMOS Circuits and System 

 

While CMOS has become the standard protocol for consumer electronics, Bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT) is still widely used in many high demanding scenarios in automotive radar, high-speed SERDES, optical communication, wireless infrastructure, instrumentation, aerospace and defense applications, which requires low noise, wide bandwidth and high drivability, just to name a few. This course aims at introducing the fundamentals of BJT/BiCMOS IC design at various aspects, including process, device, sub-circuits, layout and system. Although BJT is the “new” ingredient, a wholistic and comparative approach is used, which treats CMOS and BJT equally, and applies the one that best suits the specific applications. Through this course, the students will comprehend the CMOS and BiCMOS analog circuits and system design for performance demanding applications. Prerequisite: the students are expected to be familiar with the basics of analog IC design, e.g. core materials covered in Razavi book “Design of Analog CMOS Integrated Circuits”.

 

本科生课程 --- 射频集成电路

 

本课程基于CMOS工艺的射频集成电路分析与设计方法,重视基础理论的巩固与运用,结合大量设计范例,构建完整的射频系统与电路基础,培养学生直观但不失严密的工程化射频集成电路分析与设计能力,使学生具备独立解决CMOS射频集成电路设计中的实际问题。课程按照“射频电路基础-射频电路元器件-无线收发机系统结构-射频电路模块分析与设计”的进程讲授,循序渐进,在介绍清楚基本概念的基础上,着重讨论在集成射频前端框架下各模块电路的设计方法以及提高性能的措施。通过本课程的学习,学生可以进行基本的射频集成电路设计,并对射频通信系统、无线收发机射频前端结构选择以及模块划分、性能指标分配等具有初步了解。
