研究领域

       王亚文教授长期从事感染性疾病的分子诊疗工作，建立陕西省最早的基因诊断实验室，申请获得国家首批国家发改委批准的“基因检测技术应用示范中心建设单位”，和“陕西省基因检测技术应用示范中心”。获得国家首批高通量测序技术临床应用试点单位（陕西省唯一一家在无创产前筛查、肿瘤诊断与治疗、遗传性疾病诊断三个专业领域均获授权的医疗执业单位）。研究工作主要集中在对病原微生物，尤其是病毒、细菌等微生物入侵及耐药机制及治疗的相关研究。主持和参与国家自然科学基金5项，国家生物安全关键技术研发重点专项“中国人类遗传资源样本库建设”子课题1项，陕西省科技攻关项目1项；参与国家“重大新药创制”科技重大专项1项，国家“863”计划课题1项、陕西省科技统筹创新工程计划项目1项。申请获得国家发明专利3项、陕西省政府科技三等奖1项、西安市科技进步二等奖1项、陕西省教委科技进步三等奖1项。已发表研究论文60余篇，其中SCI收录28篇。指导研究生14人。
