(1.)Basic Information

The Lei Xiao laboratory studies the roles of nuclear receptors in cardiovascular diseases. Their areas of interest include regulation of basic metabolism and its dysregulation in the metabolic syndrome, hypertension and diabetes, as well as the impact of nuclear receptors in cardiac fibrosis, fatty liver and inflammatory skin diseases.
