基本信息

彭韵桦课题组围绕蛋白质翻译后修饰,包括泛素化和去泛素化及其相关靶向蛋白质降解技术,在肿瘤微环境、代谢性疾病等领域开展学术研究。

主持的项目包括:国家自然科学基金面上项目国家自然科学基金青年项目陕西省自然科学基础研究计划中国博士后基金一等资助西安市科协青年人才托举计划西安交通大学青年骨干培植项目等。

参与的项目包括:国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、陕西省重点项目等。

Cell Research、Trends in Cell Biology、Nature Communications、Seminars in Cancer Biology、Cell Death and Differentiation、 Pharmacological Research 等期刊发表学术论文40余篇,他引1200余次,1篇论文入选ESI全球Top1%高被引论文。参编图书教材2部。获专利3项。

获得中国生物物理学会优秀青年学者、西安市科协青年托举人才、陕西省研究生创新成果展一等奖(第1完成人)、Oxygen Club of California青年研究者奖。

指导学生获批国家大学生创新创业项目、陕西省大学生创新创业项目。指导学生获得腾飞杯竞赛、陕西省研究生创新成果展等奖项。
