I have read carefully the revision and the response letter, and I am glad to see that all my concerns raised in my report have been well addressed. As I noted in my previous report, this work introduces a new type of topological soliton that has not been observed before, and represents significant advancement in nonlinear topological photonics. I support its publication in the present form.
