研究兴趣聚焦于企业AI、ESG、数字化转型等方面，在Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of Business Ethics, 南开管理评论，管理评论，外国经济与管理等国内外期刊上发表论文多篇。主持国家自科基金、教育部人文社科基金、中国博士后科学基金各1项，参与国家自科基金重点项目2项，国家社科基金重大项目1项。曾获陕西省第十六次哲学社会科学优秀成果奖一等奖，陕西高等学校科学技术研究成果特等奖及一等奖。
