Dr. Chi Baoyong, Professor of Tsinghua University Visited XJTU on 11/26/2017. Dr. Chi presents recent research on CMOS Mm-wave Circuits and Systems. The presentation covers primarily the design challenges in 77 GHz automotive radar, including FMCW generator, wide-band mm-wave CMOS amplifier and system design in 65nm standard CMOS of FMCW automotive radar transceiver.
