    1982．01 -  至今，在西安交通大学物理系、应用物理系任教，历任物理学助教、讲师、副教授、教授；曾任物理系副系主任，应用物理系系主任，理学院副院长等职；现兼任多项社会职务，并多次前往美国、加拿大、韩国、香港等地进行学术访问与交流。

(1) 半导体材料与光电器件方向
    长期从事半导体材料基础物理性质及其在新能源相关领域的应用研究，高能效半导体发光材料与器件的物理机制与性能优化；新型光伏材料的底层机理研究及新材料反向设计。
