基于新一代神经形态动态视觉传感原理,研发了动态视觉赋能的机械设备微振动非接触式测量技术,实现通过相机端采集视觉信号,完成对多关键部位微振动特性准确估计,研发了原理样机,形成了工程易部署、高精度的非接触式视觉振动测量技术。
相比于激光多普勒、高速相机、电涡流等传感方法,该技术:
  • 准确测量振幅<0.1mm的机械微振动特性

  • 准确捕捉旋转机械微振动转频、谐波、故障频率等关键成分

  • 经济成本低,对部署环境要求低,视觉测量“面覆盖”,复用性高

  • 计算效率高,微振动计算时间<10s

有望广泛应用于发动机、机床、轧机、风机等设备振动监测的工程场景。
